At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, Mayor Bob Kellar and the Santa Clarita City Council recognized the Valencia High School Marching Band for winning the Division 3A State Championship.
The City Council also recognized Deputy Curtis Foster for being Deputy of the Year in Santa Clarita.
