Mayor Bob Kellar and the Santa Clarita City Council are inviting community members to attend the Annual State of the City luncheon on Wednesday, October 16, at 11:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Valencia grand ballroom.
Tickets are still available online for a social media themed event as the Council will discuss what the City is working on, how funds are being spent, and what types of programs and projects are being planned for the upcoming year.
The event themed, “Like Santa Clarita,” will highlight the City’s multiple social media platforms and how the community can stay connected with Santa Clarita through these various networking tools, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube.
The cost of the luncheon is $40 per person or $400 for a table of 10, and includes a commemorative gift. The event is open to the public with advanced reservations.
